These pictures are from a trip to the island of Paros in Greece. We had a wonderful week in Naoussa, the second-largest city of the island.
There is hardly anything more aesthetically crisp than whitewashed houses in front of a deep-blue sky. The greek islands are simply a photographer’s heaven. Naoussa’s old town is an interesting maze of small streets filled with restaurants and small stores. And if you want solace, rent a car and find yourself a nice beach somewhere on the island.

Paros is a small island in Greece, located in the Cyclades chain of islands. Our way to get there was to take the ferry (a nice, modern ship – contrary to rumors I had heard before) from the Athens harbor of Piraeus. If you feel like doing some island hopping, don’t miss Santorini.
