Photos – Northern Italy (2000)
These pictures were taken on a trip through northern Italy. We came from Germany through Innsbruck in Austria into Italy over the Brenner pass. Our trip then took us through a summerly sleepy Cortina D’Ampezzo to Venice. After a short stop there, we continued across the Po valley to Tuscany. Our stations there were Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and finally Viareggio at the sea again. Then came a stay at Cinque Terre before we headed back to Germany past the Garda lake and the Reschen pass.
There was so much to see and the few images below just barely scrape the surface. I can only recommend this trip to anyone.
