Photos – Madrid, Spain (2003)

In 2003, we decided to meet our family in Madrid, Spain. Admittedly, January is not the best time to go there, but it gives you a different perspective on the land.

We spent most of our time in Madrid except when we rented a car for a day and went to Toledo, the historic gold capital. Since we were in an area called “La Mancha”, I just had to go on a windmill-hunt. So that’s what we saw during the week: Tapas and windmills.
